Out of the various services listed, select your desired service. Answer the questions that come up when you select the service, provide a suitable time & budget along with any additional information you would want your professional to know. Hurray! Your requirement is posted. Hold on while you receive offers from verified service experts near your area!




How do I book a Service from Housy?


Post your requirements and receive real time offers from verified Professionals & Businesses near your area. Book the one you find best by calling them & hire them directly. You will be asked to share the end OTP from your Housy App with the Service Expert after service completion.
Note- “ Only pay the professional in cash/online after the service is completed.”
We will send you a notification to confirm who you have hired for a smooth service experience :)




Which cities does Housy operate in?


You can book local services from anywhere in Pune, Delhi, Mumbai,Jaipur, Chennai, Kolkata, Ahmedabad, Hyderabad, and Bangalore.




Does Housy take assurance for the services?


At Housy, we run extensive background checks on the Service Experts & Businesses for quality assurance. However, housy isn't responsible for the work quality of Housy Partner as they are solely verified from our end. Housy being a marketplace, It is upto you to book the best service out of the offers you might have recieved.




How can I contact the professional?


Use the “call” or “chat” option to get in touch directly with the professional.
Note: If the professional asks to take the conversation to another platform to talk, kindly be cautious and do so at your own risk. Any exchanges taken place outside the app will not be the responsibility of Housy.




Can I change professionals if I don’t feel comfortable with them?


Yes, you can cancel the requirement and post a new one. You can always contact us at info@housyforyou.com to help you out with any concerns.




What are your standards of sanitization regarding professionals?


The professionals you hire from our application are not directly working under us nor are directly trained by us. However, you can call and inform the partner directly while hiring them about your hygiene and safety standards.




What is your screening procedure for the professionals?


We ensure thorough background verification of all the Service Experts & Businesses registered with Housy. We also verify their services via third party platforms. We would request you to screen the Service Experts by viewing their ratings, reviews & job success rate. These help you make a better decision while hiring. Happy Services :)




Can I report a Housy Partner?


You can report a partner by clicking top right dropdown button while on partner's profile screen. You will find an option to "Report the person". You can also email us at info@housyforyou.com to register a complaint with your professional. We will ensure that your issue is redressed and that you are assigned a new professional, if needed.




How do refunds work?


We don't charge any money or commissions to either customer nor our partners. We do not guarantee the refund, however you should only pay the professional after the work is completed & end OTP is shared with the Housy Partner.

Does Housy charge any commissions?


No, our platform is completely free to use for now. The price quotes are given by the professional that would fit within your budget that you have entered while posting your service requirements. The amount that is quoted, is only what you are required to pay in cash to the Housy Partner after service completion. Do not forget to share the end OTP with the Housy Partner & rate the service expert.
