    Yes of course, we will always send your local dog-walker to you, so that you meet him face to face and update or report on how your dog is doing overall.
  • What if I Want to Cancel my Booking?
    As a dog owner, you are free to cancel or reschedule an existing booking, given the following conditions: A penalty of Rs.150 will be charged in case of cancellation 2 or more days prior to the booked day of service. The remaining amount will be transferred back. In case of cancellation one day before the booked day or service, the customer will have to pay charges for one day as a penalty.
  • What Happens in Case of an Emergency?
    We first call you (the client) to discuss the situation and to sort out the best plan of action. If you cannot be reached and medical attention is required, we will take your pet to the vet designated by you or the nearest to our current location. Also, if in any case, you want to consult something related to your dog or our service, you can call the dog walker or our customer care number.
  • What are Coupon Codes and how Do They Work?
    If you refer to someone about our services through our application then we would credit Rs.350 every time in your HOUSY account, i.e. on every referral.
  • Do the prices differ as per the breed of the pet?
    No, we follow standard pricing policy and the prices don't vary depending upon the size or breed of dogs.
